Helmsta^® FR3040是应用于织物阻燃的纺织阻燃涂层胶。本产品无卤、不含重金属，不含可挥发性有机溶剂、无APEO，具有手感柔软、耐水洗、透气性好、透明度高等优点。涂覆本产品的织物在垂直引燃时，延燃时间可达10秒，燃烧时无浓烟产生。本产品由A、B两组分组成，使用时，根据阻燃等级的需要可将A组分与B组分按一定比例进行混合，搅拌均匀即可进行涂布施工。

外观： 白色乳状液体，不透明

密度 (20 °C)：A组分为1.05±0.05 g/cm³，B组分为1.13 ±0.05g/cm³     

固含量： A组分为40±1%，B组分为30±1%

粘度：10000~20000 mPa.s @25 °C   Brookfield DV-II(Spindle 6, 50 rpm)

应用工艺
将本产品A、B两组分按一定比例混合后，机械搅拌30分钟至均匀，再根据施工工艺的需要调整体系的粘度与流变性，烘道温度在130-150°C。

储存条件

－ 储存于原装密封容器中。

－ 推荐储存温度：5-35 °C。

－ 避免冷冻、热和外来物质。

一般信息：该产品对霜冻较为敏感。长期冷冻会造成产品永久性损坏。长期储存于高温环境可能导致粘度下降或者平均粒径增加，也有可能导致沉淀或凝结。受到某些细菌、真菌或藻类污染后，产品可能无法使用。使用产品前必须搅拌均匀。

－ 6个月

Product Description

Helmsta^® FR3040 is a water-based fire retardant coating used in textiles. There is not containing halogen and heavy metal ions. Besides, there is no VOC and APEO also. The advantage such as soft feeling, breathable and water-proof are provided when coated on textiles. The burning time could be postponed up to 10 seconds and there was no heavy toxic smoke created when burnt in a fire. The product is consisted of two packs of A and B.

Typical Properties

Color: White non-transparent liquid

Density (20 °C): Part A is 1.03±0.05 g/cm³ and Part B is 1.13±0.05g/cm³     

Solids: Part A is 40±1% and Part B is 30±1%

Viscosity: 10000~20000 mPa.s @25 °C   Brookfield DV-II (Spindle 6, 50 rpm)

Application

Combine the part A with B with machine about 30 minutes as an appropriate proportion while in application. And then, adjust the viscosity and rheology according to the requirements of application methods. The dry temperature is 130-150°C.

Storage

The storage period is 6 months from the production date at 5-35 °C temperature.
