Helmsta^® FR 1340A是应用于纺织、塑料、纸张等领域的水性阻燃粘合剂。本产品无卤、不含重金属，不含APEO，具有粘结力强、适用粘接基材广泛等优点。涂覆本产品的制品在垂直引燃时，延燃时间可达10秒，燃烧时无浓烟产生。

应用工艺

将本产品搅拌至均匀，再根据施工工艺的需要调整体系的粘度与流变性即可进行滚涂、喷涂、刷涂等施工。烘干温度在50-150°C。

储存条件

－ 储存于原装密封容器中。

－ 推荐储存温度：5-35 °C。

－ 避免冷冻、热和外来物质。

一般信息：该产品对霜冻较为敏感。长期冷冻会造成产品永久性损坏。长期储存于高温环境可能导致粘度下降或者平均粒径增加，也有可能导致沉淀或凝结。受到某些细菌、真菌或藻类污染后，产品可能无法使用。使用产品前必须搅拌均匀。

Product Description

Helmsta^® FR1340A is a water-based fire retardant adhesive used in the field of textile, plastics and paper lamination. There is not containing halogen and heavy metal ions. Besides, there is no APEO also. The product can be used in all kinds of substrates and provided high adhesion after coated on the substrates. The burning time could be postponed up to 10 seconds and there was no heavy toxic smoke created when burnt in a fire.

Application

Blend the product with machine evenly before use. And then, adjust the viscosity and rheology according to the requirements of application methods such as brush, spray, roller, and so on. The dry temperature is 50-150°C.

Storage

The storage period is 6 months from the production date at 5-35 °C temperature.
